The only difference is that you are given a discount whilst you are a student, and you are therefore only allowed to use the licence for your own learning, and you are not permitted to use it for commercial work.

The student licence gives you the full functionality of the commercial pro licence. 

A student licence lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We will contact you in 12 months to ask if you wish to renew your licence. There is no automatic re-billing.
